My Story

Introduction Greetings! I’m Subash Acharya, and many know me by my artistic pseudonym, Aagaman. Born in the tranquil embrace of a Himalayan village in Nepal, I’ve journeyed through life with a palette of creativity and a canvas of passion. Join me as I share my artistic philosophy, my journey, and my commitment to making a meaningful impact through my art.

Guiding Philosophy “Be a light unto yourself.”

Since my earliest memories, art has been the language through which I express myself and connect with the world. Embracing the philosophy of “Appo Deepo Vhaba,” I’ve allowed my inner light to illuminate every stroke of paint and every brush of inspiration.

Artistic Evolution

From those early days of childhood tothe present, my artistic evolution has been a journey of self-discovery. Without formal tutelage, my art has been nurtured through introspection, meditation, and the communion of my soul with the canvas. Exhibitions and Milestones My passion has led me to participate in numerous art exhibitions, each one a stepping stone in my artistic odyssey. These exhibitions have not only showcased my work but have also enabled me to connect with fellow art enthusiasts and learners, enriching my artistic perspective.

A Journey of Self-Learning While

Traditional institutions have their merits, my journey as an artist has been self-directed. My canvas has been my mentor, and my inspiration has often emerged from the depths of meditation and spiritual exploration.

Beyond Art:

Diving into Knowledge As much as I’m absorbed in painting, my curiosity extends far beyond the canvas. History, culture, philosophy, and spirituality are realms I enthusiastically delve into. My hunger for knowledge has led me to pen two published books that encapsulate my diverse interests.
